The route runs almost entirely on the A2 and is therefore easy to plan; congestion mostly builds up in rush hour on the approach to Vienna, which is why we schedule outside peak hours where we can. As usual, the effort lies in the addresses: in Vienna it is often a Gründerzeit building without a lift, where floors, parking in front of the house and, if necessary, a crane are clarified in advance; in Wiener Neustadt pianos tend to come from detached or terraced houses or from housing-association flats with a lift.
